About The CLS Influencer Kit

Start connecting with international brands on a professional level.

Why I created the CLS Influencer Kit

I've been a digital creator for over three years. I've been fortunate enough to collaborate with a number of brands I absolutely love. Including Gillette, Dove, Fila and JCPenney, for which I've created content and sponsored Instagram posts. At the outset it was a challenge figuring everything out, with few people willing to share actual information and specifics. It took a lot of research, and quite a bit of trial and error with no one to guide me.

Eventually, brands would start responding to my emails and messages. I was stoked when brands like Fossil would follow-up after I reached out, even if it was to say "we will let you know if you're a potential fit for any upcoming campaigns". Then, as fortune would have it, some brands would start being the ones to initiate contact.

What is CLS Influencer Kit?

The CLS Influencer Kit is a set of professionally designed documents I use for brand collaborations. It's integral to the process of landing sponsored posts, and includes resources involved in carrying out brand partnerships beyond just creating the actual content. From the initial email pitch along with the media kit containing information brands typically look for, to invoicing and finally reporting. Plus a bonus, a business card, which is still such a powerful, frictionless, tactful and professional way to put your information in the hands of a local brand you may soon partner with.

Why use the CLS Influencer Kit?

When brands get a sense of your level of professionalism initially, it sets the tone for their expectations. It sends a message that you'll be on time with deliverables and can be relied on to deliver on what you promised. Case in point, I've had a large global brand send me product and payment upfront before even beginning to create content for them. Not because I'm at all special or important, but because of the level of professionalism I displayed.

Don't waste time with guesswork about how to structure documents you send to brands, and what exactly to include in them. There're lots of influencers out there, and the CLS Influencer Kit will help to set you apart (grab it here).
